Today is 365 days since we bought Harrison Landing and opened New Paradigm Brewing Co.. We have had a year of ups and downs to be sure. It has been a great year for me nonetheless. We are edging closer to having our brewing license, we have hired a chef, and have added lunch service along with being open 6 days a week. We have an amazing craft beer selection, including 17 craft drafts and more than 25 craft bottles. Our whiskey list includes fantastic Scotch whiskey, bourbon, rye, American single malt, and Tennessee whiskey. Somehow, despite all of this, I cannot seem to consistently get people in the door. It feels like I have every piece of the puzzle in place except one. I know it will fall into place, eventually.
