I will sponsor bills and legislation on the following matters. Bill to protect workers in the organize sector from late salary payment. The legislation will impose 5% APR if employer is 24 hours late in paying salary. 40% interest for any lateness beyond 12 days. Bill to ensure official working hours of any worker in every organize sector is not more than 8 hours a day, anything above 8hours must attract overtime pay which is one and half of the workers wage. Anyone working above 14 hours must not operate or handle any machinery, moving object or object with moving parts. Legislation for mandatory Provision of life and disability cover, health and maternity benefits, Free medicine through health insurance scheme, employment injury benefit, and housing scheme for all workers in organize sector. Legislation for the establishment of social security administration and control Legislation to reduce federal exclusive list from current 68 to 22. Amendment of Article 251. Bill to suspend all previous military decree, including land use act. Bill to transfer mineral resources right and ownership to land owners, community and LG with state having the highest jurisdiction.. Bill to remove police provision from the constitution. Bill to remove NFF statues and provision from the constitution Bill to grant the state power to register, and maintain birth and death records, issuance of driver license and state ID, vehicle registration and plate number issuance. Bill to scrap FRSC and removal of FRSC ACT from the constitution. Bill to create commercial driver license and regulation of hazardous material transportation.
