Today is All Saints Day which is a very important day in our family and in our Lutheran Church. It also happens to be the birthday of my beautiful Maddy, my first grandchild. Today, however, our beautiful day was interrupted with the terrible news that my brother-in-law, Randy Alwood, is now with all the Saints in heaven. I cannot put into words what Randy has meant in my life and in the lives of my children. When I lost Dave to Cancer he was always there to help whenever any of us needed anything. Randy was one of the good guys and I pray Dave was waiting for him to wrap his arms around the brother he loved so much. Prayers for the Alwood family please.
