Today is April 18th. Today is My fathers Birthday. I will not say much because words are not sufficient to describe my feelings towards my Father. But I will say this: There are only THREE men who ever existed whom I would gladly follow into the very Gates of Hell without question Jesus Christ. Malcolm X. and My Father. His heart is even bigger than my own. His wisdom makes my own Pale in comparison. He still has school records and accomplishments from his middle, highschool and college days that have YET to be broken. But above all, what seperates my father from most is one simple fact: He Stayed. In a time where single Moms are the norm, my father stayed. My life would have been singificantly different without my Father to learn from, to be Loved by. I honor my father today on his brithdya by saying Thank you, Daddy. Thank you for being their. Thank you for being Emotional. Thank you for teaching me how to cry and thus to Heal. Thank you. Happy Birthday to you Hon. Dr. Anthony Akoto Osei I love you beyond anything my human body could handle.
