Today is Day 14 of my no added sugar, no pop, no ice cream, no desserts of any kind! I felt like I cheated earlier today. I ate a frozen banana. I had just peeled them and put them in the freezer a few days ago. I was REALLY craving something sweet, so I thought, why not try it? I usually reserve them for my smoothies but the craving was so bad and I dont want to lose sight of this challenge. So I popped it off the wax paper and ate it. It was amazing! Almost too sweet for me but it is natural sugar. I only ate one, it tasted great and I feel better. Me 1 craving 0. As it should be! I have heard about freezing grapes. Has anyone ever tried those?
