Today is December 31, a day of leaving the past to begin a new journey. On this last day of the year we release what is ready to be let go and embrace the new. There are particularly symbolic emotions associated with putting 2014 behind me. Ive learned so much from caring for my daughter with brain cancer. Ive lost myself on her path and all I want to do is help her accomplish her purpose. I see her live each day with passion to fight. I enter the New Year prepared for the highest and best intentions, visualizing healing for Victoria with success. I imagine one year from today, on the next December 31, seeing Victoria a happy sixteen year old, fulfilled and cancer free. She deserves to feel good. She has great expectations. Her heart and mind are set to finish school and practice medicine to make a difference in the life of another human soul. Everybody has the potential to deeply touch another human soul. Those that touch another deeply live meaningful and rewarding lives. Have a creative, inspiring, fantastic New Year!
