Today is Dexter Hollands birthday! Born in 1965 Dexter is not only the lead singer of The Offspring but also has a Ph.D. in molecular biology, co-authored a paper entitled, Identification of Human MicroRNA-Like Sequences Embedded within the Protein-Encoding Genes of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus. Formed Nitro Records. Created his own brand of hot sauce. And finally formed the F.S.U. foundation which raises money for charities through benefit concerts. All Ive done is run Third Wave Ska radio. Luckily I wasnt born until 1966 so I still have a year to catch up.
