Today is Orphan Sunday! A day most churches recognize our call as followers of Christ to defend and love the fatherless! God has set our hearts on fire for adoption and I am so glad He did! We are thankful for what God has taught us through our adoption journey and I am forever grateful for our agency Deaconess Pregnancy & Adoption Services, the special relationship we have with our babies birth mom, and most of all Oliver and Ruby the little precious gifts that have brought so much joy to our entire family! I just want to encourage anyone who has thought about fostering or adopting. I am praying today for all of those that are on the fence to say YES, there is a child waiting for a home and it may be yours! :)
