Today is Orphan Sunday, a tradition that got started in a small church in my beloved Zambia. Christians are commanded to care for the orphan and the widow. Scripture is clear..... James 1:27 says, Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress.... How are you caring for the orphan and/or the widow? Could you consider child sponsorship? Could you cook a meal for a single mother?
