Today is Sunday! It is The Lords Day! It is a Holy Day! I didnt feel real top-othe morning when I first got up and thought about staying home from church. Understand: I only THOUGHT about it. But, I reminded myself that it is Sunday and that I am so thankful for living to see another day, I really dont feel that bad. Besides, I find that when I get to church, I forget about feeling bad and am enjoying seeing and greeting my church family. So, I go to church, sitting through a Sunday School lesson taught by my husband, Stan, and learn more about serving my Savior with the things I talk about. I then listened to a sermon delivered by Bro. Bud Witt, our pastor, that reminded me about how great and powerful and loving our God is. After all that, I am so glad I went to church on Sunday, The Lords Day, this Holy Day, as I have done all my life. Thank you, Dear God, for allowing me the freedom to live in America where I have the privilege of being able to go to church every Sunday and being reminded again of just how much you do for me.
