Today is Workout Move Wednesday! I love full body moves because they challenge various muscles at once. I say in the video to lower to 90 degrees but you can go slightly more for a fuller range of motion. *Pointers* always remember to breath out during the difficult part of the movement it will give you extra oomph & abs are engaged/back is flat. Beginner version: on the knees instead still doing a leg raise but the leg stays bent Intermediate: the one I demonstrated (you can vary stance of arms to target different muscles in the chest and arms) Advanced: perform the movement and spike up into a burpee then repeat Muscles Benefitted: arms, chest and core is challenged as well as the leg lift works the booty.
