Today is a Great Day.. All Inspections and Appraisals went through on both homes. It looks like in a little more than a week we will be moving into what has been my dream home for the past 6 years God Willing. This all still seems unreal to me but God works in wondrous ways. In June we began working on building out the New Hitch Fit location in Overland Park, When it comes to business I do not like making any sort of choices that will put me or the business into debt, so we saved up and the gym was completed in August and beautiful I might add!! So when I saw our Dream home on the market soon after in Sept I thought to myself you have to be kidding me, the only home in all of Kansas City that I have ever wanted is on the market, what horrible timing I thought, this is where I was wrong, it wasnt about my timing it was about Gods timing. We called up our Agent Kevin and said its time to go look at this dream home of ours, years before we had mentioned to him about one day living in this Home/area. We both left loving it but not putting too many eggs in one basket being we did not know if it was going to be possible plus we had to sell our home, long story short, every door remained open, the process was pretty much smooth. Sold our home quickly and agreed on a price for our new home quickly, inspections clear and appraisals worked out. For Diana and I Hard Work and Faith allowed this to happen. I tell stories like this not to boost up my own ego but to encourage all of you to work hard and go after all your dreams. We all go through trails and tribulations and we all must make choices , those choices after setbacks are what either help us grow or hold us back. Do not allow fear to consume you, You may not be able to have your dream home, dream vacation, dream ect right now, just as I didnt 6 years ago, but I never quit thinking about that dream or working towards it. Make a Plan, Work Hard , Work Smart and Work Honest..I was able to contact Diana to let her know and she was so excited.. #ThankyouGod
