Today is a big day for our family! Chad is working his last day at a company hes been with for 6 years! Hes devoted a lot of time, sweat & tears and in return he loved his job and it supported his family. Hes been an employee inside 3 of their stores and can make a valid conclusion that succeeding any further up the ladder within this company will cost him his happiness and thats something were not comfortable settling with. With faith and perseverance Chad did days of research and multiple interviews to find a company that will allow him success in what he does best. Hes accepted an offer and will start his new journey Monday! Thru faith I know this is the path for him to follow and I just ask for prayers for his strength and endurance to do the job successfully.
