Today is a bitter sweet day. Grandpa Hammer went home to be with Jesus. I am so grateful that myself and my children were able to know him, love him, and call him Great Grandpa! He married Eric and I and I feel incredibly blessed to have had that opportunity. He was a wonderful man and we will all miss him dearly! Happy hes home and reunited with Grandma Hammer and sad that hes gone. Love you Grandpa! See you again someday and say hello to my daddy for me.
