Today is a day of Europe-wide protest and action against TTIP (the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership) currently in its sixth or seventh round of negotiations, between the US and EU, behind closed doors in Brussels. This gives a link to a downloadable document, which will tell you pretty much everything you need to know about TTIP and its real intentions; about the threat of sway over governments by large transnational companies and the consequences to jobs, our public services, our food, our environment and above all our democracy.
