Today is a difficult day. I have felt this bad just one other time when visiting FLORIDA about 2 years ago. (Thankful that it is far and few between) I dont know if it is the high humidity, change of weather, borderline temps. Usually around 60-70. It feels like there are knifes in my hands and needles in every joint. Primarily effecting my hands. I have a problem then moving my fingers and even grasping anything. When they finally begin to feel better hours later...it feels like my hands had a work out... now able to move and do things...but the tissue...little muscles (I am so not medical)..just sore and maybe a little swollen and tingle. They were not swollen then.. they just hurt so bad. Almost to the point of tears. And if you know me... not a teary eye kind of gal. Took aleeve. Laid down for a bit. If there is some kind or food or exercise to help this chime in... Im anti med and doctor if there are other solutions.
