Today is a great day. Sam Dollar, my skinny ass little trainee, ends up telling me today; Your lower back looks soft in the pulls. Tighten it up. Itll make you so much snappier Foreign lifters, look like they extend way smoother and more vertical because their backs are so dense, so solid when they pull. This is a nerdy kid who once couldnt even get 80KG over his head. Kid now snatches 95KG. Ah, when the student teaches the teacher, most EPIC feeling ever! Thanks for helping him too Stephen Powell
