Today is a monumental day for Adonis Athletics. At precisely 7am the doors have been opened to the public with our new Adonis Athletics Castle Hill. What started as a dream when i was about 16 years old and reading articles on training athletes and lifting has not only come true but it is now multiplying and touching others. This in itself is a true blessing. I am truly lucky to have met the people i have had the privilege of meeting and will be meeting. Full credit to the coaches William and Carlos and their loyal crew for setting Castle Hill up in no time with a tight time schedule. No costs were spared to bring you one of the most well equipped strength and conditioning facilities dedicated to housing athletes, strongmen, bodybuilders, powerlifters, weightlifters and strength enthusiasts. Come down after 430pm today to witness some serious training and get involved in it with some of the whos who of the strength world...and this isnt even the grand opening yet. Thats to be announced but is likely to be 1st of November.
