Today is a new day filled with new mercies, new opportunities, new chances, so grab a hold and dont let go. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never be yours, but today has been given to you by God and He expects you to take it and make the best if it. At the end of the day, you should be able to say, I thank God for this blessed day, in which, I used it to the best of my ability to gain the blessings, God placed before me. Dont let this day pass you by without making the most of it. This is the beginning of a new week, if you put Jesus up front and allow Him to guide and you follow, you will have a very successful week. Why? Simply because He will help you to achieve your goals, if you dont believe it, I dare you to try him. Jesus makes the difference in your life. We can approach God boldly through Jesus, our high priest, who understands our needs. Heb. 4:14-16 (NIV) says it like this: since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are--yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. He understands your needs and He knows what you need before you ask, just trust him to do what is best for you. It may not be what your heart desires, but it will be what is best for you. Trust in The Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct thy paths Prov. 3:5-6. He has said in His word Call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor me Ps. 50:15. There you have it my friends, if you are worried about meeting your quotas for the week, afraid you will fail that test in school, dont have the finances to meet your obligations or whatever the situation, I remind you this morning that there is nothing too hard for God. Go to Him in prayer asking and believing that he will hear your prayer, that is if you are a child of Gods. Not a child of Gods I recommend that you get to know him today, because He has the solution to whatever is on your menu of life. Blessings!
