Today is a sad day, as we farewell long-time Dignity for Disability supporter, Rita Schumi. Rita was particularly supportive of her son, Nick, during his campaign in the seat of Elder in the recent state election. I feel deeply saddened to lose Rita, not only because of her support of the party, but, as some of you may know, she is my beloved mother-in-law.
