Today is a very good day. A long time ago when I was walking through a park in Madrid, I heard this man playing a really cool looking and odd sounding instrument. For about two years Ive been trying to figure out just exactly what it was, and I finally found it today. (its amazing what you can achieve when procrastinating from studying for finals) Its called a mizmar, and its a wind instrument primary used in Turkey and countries in North Africa and the Middle East.
