Today is a very special day for us. Its our Central Valley Walk to Defeat ALS at Copper River Ranch. Its our day to surround ourselves with the most amazing people on earth. Those brave souls that are battling daily to survive the ALS fight. One of them is my husband Salami. To say it isnt a challenge is an understatement. But here he is... taking a stand against a disease that has no mercy. If we do nothing, then nothing changes. Thats why we do this Walk. We do it to say its time to rise up and be a voice for something that has destroyed enough lives. We do it to stand with our friends that also suffer from this devastating disease. Please remember this is a disease that could affect anyones family. No one is immune to it. Keep all our ALS families in your prayers. Its a very rough road but by the Grace of God well get through it. There is a purpose for everything in our lives and even though at the moment its unclear .. I have complete faith that there is a seed of goodness in it. God bless!
