Today is all about SQUATS at The Inner Athlete! Wont you come join us some time. Squats target the lower body (including quads, glutes, hamstrings) and core. A proper squat is done with feet about shoulder width apart, sitting back on heels and dropping hips backward and down til knees reach 90 degrees or better, keeping core engaged to prevent upper body from leaning too far forward. #fitness #squats
