Today is an important day for Vacations Couture. The journey with my US Patent and Trademark Application is now moving forward. At least my Trademark Attorney and I have established that there is no conflicting marks-- registered or pending. Together we have fulfilled our office action of initial refusal. I am particularly over utilizing all of the official declarations and correspondence details needed for representation. Although I am feeling verbally exhausted and intellectually tapped, I feel humble knowing there is no competition for my brand, as we have officially established a name unique to its own!
