Today is another new week, the first full week of the beautiful, brisk, chill November-Fall-Autumn-Sun & day a Monday!--make it a good start! The next few weeks, I will be doing a bit more walking- hiking, then adding some weight training workouts, plus mixing in yoga exercises at home in the mix! Remember, keep at it, keep going, keep pushing through it even if its that one more rep, set, lap etc! Ladies, what workout exercises will you be doing at the gym, at home or outdoors this week?
