Today is bitter sweet. My family and friends will mourn the loss of a great woman that shaped our family into what it is and who we are today, but we will also celebrate the woman she was, the long life she lived, the memories we have, and most importantly that she no longer forgets. Losing your last grandparent reminds you how short life truly is and how little time you have to make an impact not only in your life, but in the lives of others. Thank you Gramma Char for teaching me patience and unconditional love amongst many other things. I love you and I miss you. Until we meet again, cheers!
