Put chicken it into a big stock pot, full of boiling water with chicken stock...Bring back to a boil, and cook on high until chicken is 170 deg... Remove chicken, let cool in fridge... When chicken stock has cooled, use freezer zip lock bags...Place cooled chicken breast in bag... (2 breast per bag)....Fill zip lock bag with chicken stock... Close zip lock, making sure to get as much air out of the bag, as you can... Freeze the bags...Easy to do... When you need chicken, thaw a bag, and its ready to eat... Salads, Chicken salad, Stir fry...Lots of ways to use it...
