Today is food shopping in prep for cookie day! I stock up on chocolate chips, I use Ghiradelli, all purpose flour (king Arthur), lots of sugar, butter, eggs, coconut, pecans, walnuts, wow, and I still need to buy dinner. TOMORROW IS COOKIE DAY, and I will be up early to vote, and then spend the day in the kitchen. I prepare my sugar cookies and choc chip dough in double batches and freeze to use for my holiday trays.
