Today is heavily influenced by Mercury, with the Moon in Mercury ruled Virgo, and the soon to start(in 2 days) retrograde phase. Add to this the waxing phase of the Moon-who is currently in her first quarter phase-and we have some pretty strong mental energy flying around. It would be very easy right now to over analyse every little thought and get caught up in the monkey mind. Problem is the mind doesnt seem to be working too well, and will seem to present you with what you perceive as problems, with not much solution. As the Moon in Virgo is more of a introverted energy, there can be a tendency to internalize your many thoughts, which can lead to worry and anxiety. This Moon wants to organise, and have everything neatly tucked away and sorted into boxes, and will bring frustration and restlessness when this doesnt go as planned. The first quarter phase of the Moon does have a tendency to exacerbate things and blow them out of proportion, so there is a chance that mountains will be made out of molehills, and things look more difficult than they actually are. My suggestion is to look at everything that is coming for you-whether it be emotional, mental, or physical-and decide whether it really needs to be dealt with right now or if its something that can be put off until you are feeling clearer within yourself. Dont negate how youre feeling or thinking, but also dont jump into any kind of rash decision. As I always say when the Mercury retrograde phase is near, this is a time of reflection and re-evaluation. A time to prioritize, and sort out whats working for you and what isnt. You may not have all the information you need right now, so instead of getting caught up in feeling that you need to move things forward right this minute, give yourself some time to go within and listen to what your intuition has to say. The breakdown of our computers, electronics, phones etc...can be a blessing in disguise, as they enable us to not be distracted from the messages that our soul is trying to send us. Mercury and Neptune are in a favourable aspect today, which will support you in listening to your instincts.You may also find that your creativity is heightened, with drawing, painting, and writing in a journal, all great ways to give outer expression to the inner.
