Today is here...The day when we will meet for the first time with all of the parts of the team in Jims care. It is a scary proposition to finally have it all laid out in front of us as to what to expect for the time ahead of us. We have come a long way, and we see progress each and every day, but are not sure how it all is coming together for a complete healing, and knowing how long that may take. It was so good to have Paul and Janice here to sound my questions off of. With Bryans injury and recovery, while it was not the same, at least they have been through something similar and know what to tell me to think of as far as things to wait on, things to do now, things to think about in the meantime. I am so glad that Andy, Teresa and Karen will all be here this morning to attend the meeting with me. Right now I am tired, and quite emotional. I dont want to go to the meeting and only be able to blubber... Please pray that the meeting will be an optimistic and encouraging time and that our questions will be answered. We will also see the x-rays this morning for the first time, so will need strength to handle the blessings that we will undoubtedly see from knowing how close we were to being without Jim here with us. From what the nurse and therapist have told us, we are very fortunate to still have him here on this earth with us. I know that whatever God has in plan for Jim, it is bound to be good! Jer 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
