Today is my husbands 54th birthday. I met him when he was half that age exactly. Today is also meet the teacher/move in day at school. Which means tomorrow is the last official day of summer. Which also means that I have to drag my happy ass out of bed at seven Thursday morning to start the yearly ritual of getting a kid off to school....so brushing up on my daily mantra....get up get up get up....eat your breakfast eat your breakfast eat your breakfast...brush your teeth...will you please stop talking to the cat and brush your teeth...it does not take twenty minutes to brush your teeth...were late get dressed. no you cant wear those shoes. please hurry and get dressed. were late. stand still. I wont pull your hair if you cooperate and stand still. Please just be still so I can get the tangles out of your hair. Dont forget your lunch. You forgot your lunch!......on the positive side....No My Little Pony blasting at 8 oclock.
