Today is my last working day in Solidarites International! Now it is time to say “Good bye” to everyone. I would like to thank all of you not only Country office but also Field offices. I have shared your joy, pain and work in this Organization for 1 years and almost 2 months, working as Logistics Manager and Deputy Logistics Coordinator. Reflecting on these years in Solidarites International I realize that I could internalize some value such as patience, perseverance, hardworking etc…, and I learn to take anything with a positive attitude. These values teach me how to live my life meaningfully and I learn the value of serving others. It is difficult for me to go but Life has offered me another field for growth. I am really happy to take on that challenge, I know that a lot of difficulties await in the way ahead but I am convinced that Solidarites International organization has prepared and equipped me to face those. Who knows I may be back to Solidarites International in Myanmar when there is a chance one day. When this happens I hope I will contribute to the organization better. I am very happy to have had a chance to work with you. I really appreciate your understanding, cooperation, kindness and friendship. However, I know that there may be some discomfort that I may have caused you. I want to apologize all of you now for all the wrong I may have done to you. If this happened, please understand that this happened because I wanted to push our work to excel or to be successful. Mostly, I caused some discomfort with the aim of creating a better image for the organization. I want to say sorry with a sincere apology. I wish you all happiness, peace and success. This is the one I wrote when I left from CARE International one year ago and now I use it back as I feel the same thing and say bye to my colleagues in Solidarites International Organization.
