Today is off to a great start!!!!! 1. Wake up call from mother nature & by the time I sat down, I realized the lens was out of my glasses. Had to wake Bill to find it, cause, havent been able to get down on the floor for years. He has his spot light type of flashlight & the ceiling light on & took about 20 minutes to find the lens. During this time I started in with a mild panic attack. 2. Of course the tiny screw from the frame was missing. (Tried my magnet wand & couldnt find it.) So I sent him into the livingroom with these instructions: in the greenish basket thingy, in front of the tv, is a 3 pack of tape. Open it & bring one roll back. Seriously - that was a 5 minute ordeal ..... Where is it? What color? What do you want? ..... I really thought I was clear enough. Appearently not. Had to repeat atleast 3 times. 3. He hands me the tape & ask if I was going to tape my glasses. ( was thinking DUH) Said yea unless you have a very thin wire that you know where it is. LIGHT BULB MOMENT (for me) A twist tie. After another 5 minutes of repeating instructions, he handed me one & sissors. Stripped one end (amazingly he grabed my mini told kit) & repaired my glasses. Cut down the width of the tape & added that as security. 4. Now to be able to finish getting ready for church & leave on time. My tummy isnt feeling the best. Ugh. MANY BLESSINGS to those reading this. May the start of your day be better then mine.
