Today is one of our wedding anniversaries. We first did a JP wedding on March 18th. We then did a wedding (complete with vows, rings, and some of the wedding party) in his moms hospital room out of town on August 4th. Then our big wedding on the white sand of Carmel was August 6th. We had 7 groomsmen, 7 bridesmaids, three flower girls, and a ring nearer. It was a magical, perfect day. Mikes mom died 5 days later, August 11th, while we were on our honeymoon in Costa Rica. That day is also our together anniversary. Three weeks later, I got pregnant with our much planned and anticipated Jaxon. These pictures are snippets of our engagement shoot, our hospital wedding, our beach wedding, our first house together, the beginning and end of my pregnancy with Jaxon, and Mikes parents on their 50th anniversary (5 months before mom died). We love and appreciate everyone who has been a part of our journey these past five years. I am married to my best friend, and though it often hard, I wouldnt want anyone else by my side.
