Today is planning day and stats day. My advice get to Know you eating plan figure out your calories/container chart and write it in your calendar, now look through the lists for each container 1. choose a few items, dont go crazy trying to buy everything take it one week at a time and only things you like to eat. 2. Try choosing maiming from the top half of each list why? They are the most nutrient dense goods for each group the bottom half is ok but not as a full time plan. 3. If you plan to prep more more than one day at a time good containers and baggies are great to have (target does sell colored baggies) Lastly Shakeology is part of this plan its a red and its filled with more nutrients than anything else on any list please make this part of you everyday routine. (I mix 4 oz. plain almond milk with 4 oz. cold water) shake drink. Feel free to use just water or blend with a fruit and make a real yummy shake. Note that changes in the chart after week 1 and then just week 4 those could be your stats in your weeks yay!!! You can get excited now!! Ok stats! Today is the day to take measures and weight. Also I recommend a pair of jeans that you would love to rock in 3 weeks great motivation! Are you ready? Post any and all questions here and anyone feel free to answer.
