Today is the 107th anniversary of the founding of the worlds first official Scout troop. This group was formed in England by Lord Robert Baden-Powell six months after what is considered the first Scout camp at Brownsea Island in England. Scouting has grown to include all but seven nations in the world today, including dependencies. Flags and Scouting go together. I am sure a great many here have been, or are, involved in the Scout Movement. The flag of the World Scouting Movement
