Today is the 12th. day after the tragedy struck U`khand. We have been watching over TV the pictures of destruction, the untiring efforts of our Army personnel, the assurances of PM,Sonia,Home Minister Shinde,CM Bahuguna,the explanations offered by Congress Spokespersons M/S Renuka Choudhury,Manish Tiwari,Digvijay Singh,and many other XYZ in the ruling party who made the rescue work a monopoly of the Congress and prevented all others from entering this disaster struck zone and also declining the generous offers of help from other States and Political parties on flimsy grounds. We are being told that efforts are on full swing and No stones are being left Un turned to ensure all victims are brought to safety and more than 1lakh stranded people have since been evacuated. It is very baffling to understand that despite all such claims, our own Parijatda and his family are still left stranded with 8000 others in Badrinath area. I spoke to him about an hour back and learnt that he is waiting since this morning near some helipad waiting for his turn . I could sense the frustration and desperation in his soft voice and perhaps a sense of fear too. Well, whatever be the case, the fact is every state govt. has despatched their own agencies to help and monitor the rescue of their own people while our Didi is too busy with her Panchayat elections and has no time for attending to these NON PARIVARTAN events. May The Almighty help our Parijatda come out of this Hell. Long live Parijatda
