Today is the 70th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge. Johns father was there. When we were in Belgium, John and I visited the Battlefield and took a several pictures. Ill see if I can find some of them before the day is out. If you have someone who was in the Battle of the Bulge and would like to honor them, you are welcome to post their picture in the comments. The Ardennes is a beautiful area, but the ground was covered with snow and the weather was harsh that year adding to the misery.
