Today is the Global Day of Prayer and Fasting for Operation Christmas Child. Here are some prayer and praise requests from the Americas and the Caribbean: Bahamas - Pray that God provides more trained teachers and new strategies to reach children with the Greatest Journey discipleship program. Belize - Pray for Gods protection and blessings on both TGJ teachers and students as they are now participating in graduation events. El Salvador - Pray for peace in El Salvador, as there are high levels of violence across the country. Pray for the safety of all those involved with OCC as the team had to ask both the army and the police to provide security during the recent trainings and distributions. Haiti - Pray for a spirit of cooperation and for the smooth running of the Operation Christmas Child program in Haiti. Venezuela - Praise God for the relational, personal, and spiritual growth experienced by children and adolescents through The Greatest Journey.
