Today is the best day of the week! This day was made especially for us to worship and praise God! As I read Rick Warrens devotional on loving people whether they like you are not hit home for me. He said that one of the most important keys to receiving Gods favor at work is you must care about the people you work for. Even if they dont care or like you. Because the #1 lesson in life is God put you on this Earth to learn how to love. While I was teaching, there was a teacher that wouldnt look, smile or acknowledge you in the hallway. She was a sour and bitter person. I took it upon myself, since I want everyone to at least smile or say hello to me, to acknowledge her every day with a smile, hello and how are you today. Well, it took some time (a long time) to break down her walls, but she started smiling back, saying hello and actually started talking to me! She was a real nice person, she just needed to see the love. Many people walk through life not knowing the love of God or other people! Make it your goal to show the love to someone at work who is cranky, sour or bitter. And sit back and watch Gods work in them. Have a blessed day!
