Today is the big 40 for me. They say with age comes wisdom so here is the most important thing I have learned after 40 years on this planet. It is better to love than to hate. Money, fame, popularity, power, none of these things can ever make you as happy as someone you love telling you they love and miss you. All the gold in the world is not equal in value to a hug when youre feeling down. Jesus commanded us to love our neighbors as we love ourselves and I think He was on to something because if we all loved instead of acting in hate, greed,envy, or selfishness then all of our problems would just solve themselves. People for as long as time has been recorded have been searching for the meaning of life. There is no need to search when the answer is right there inside us all along. The meaning of life is Love. That is the whole secret. To my friends and family let me say I love you and thank you for making my life worth living. To those who hate or dislike me let me say I love you and I forgive you. A life spent hating and chasing things like money or fame will just leave you empty. Love will fill you until you are literally bursting at the seams. These are my words of wisdom for all of you.
