Today is the day we take our beautiful Sebastian home. 88 days in the NNU at the RCH Melbourne. Its been a grueling time filled with fear, sadness and worry. But its also been a time of love and hope and a time thats allowed me to realise the strength I have within. Ive made new friends, experienced unforgettable moments and encountered some absolutely inspirational people. Thank you to everyone who helped take care of our precious Sebastian : our beautiful nurses who are so humble in recognizing the brilliant job they do and to the specialist Doctors (especially you Julia). To you all I am forever grateful!
