Today is the feast of St. John Marie Vianney. Let us include in our prayer intentions our beloved clergymen who have played important roles in our lives. Let us Remember the priests who baptized you, confirmed you, presided over your wedding ceremony, gave your sickly loved ones anointing and those who sent your departed loved ones off to eternal life. Thank those priests who we turn to for spiritual guidance and wise advice in life. Thank your parish priests, spiritual directors, and clergy-friends. Pray for the priests who still offer their lives of the Church and those who passed away in the pursuit of their vocation. And lastly, pray for more men to join the clergy.
