Today is the final day to register for The Butterfly Foundations recovery group, ‘StoryWell’. Story Well offers a series of writing therapy sessions designed to support recovery maintenance and provide inspiration toward connecting to and living in wellness. This program provides practical, grounded strategies and enhances options of self-soothing for those working through the process of recovering from an eating disorder. The sessions are held over several weeks starting Saturday 10th January, 10am-3om, Crows Nest. Each session includes mindfulness practice, group discussion and workshops, writing space, and a time for self-reflection. Cost $95.
