Today is the first day of Spring! It is freezing and sleety outside here in Scotland, but the mention of Spring makes us optimistic of better things to come! I have to say the hedgerows are busting into life, the daffodils are out and I even saw some lambs in the fields the other day....we just need to remind the sun to make an appearance and well be there! In the mean time I am tucking into our own slice of sunshine with a lovely piece of Chocolate Orange Slice. Hope you are too - Enjoy :-)
