Today is the first day of my 15-20 weight loss challenge! I started the day with drinking lots of water. I had a gladiator protien smoothie from Smoothie King for breakfast. Went to the gym for 1.5 hours of weight lifting and high intensity interval walking and sprinting around the track. Ended with lunges holding a medicine ball! Had 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg with a small piece of block cheese and one medium carrot for lunch. For dinner I had half a cucumber plain, half a banana, half an apple, a small handful of fresh brocolli, and 1 piece of boiled Chicken with lemon pepper seasoning! Tonight I go back to the gym for Pilates and some lap swimming! Off to a great start!
