Today is the first official day of spring and the phones have been off the hook with referrals and membership inquiries!! So, as a recap, here are our membership options and how to get started!! Every 3 weeks we run our beginners program. The next one starts Monday, March 31st. On Ramp (Beginners Program): 2 week program and 8 total sessions 1 make up class (bonus class for those that missed one or more) On Ramp Schedule: 4 days a week for 2 weeks: Mondays 7 am or 6:30 pm Wednesdays 7 am or 6:30 pm Fridays 7 am or 6:30 pm Saturdays 8:30 am (only one time slot) You can mix and match these time slots as needed. The cost is $135 and we even through in a free trial period!!! Email david @shorelinecrossfit or carl@shorelinecrossfit to enroll! If youre from another box and/or have tried CrossFit elsewhere for more than one month, you can bypass the program as long as your familiar with the functional movements. If you want to repeat the program anyways, thats okay too. Every gym has their own style. As far as monthly membership option. We have 4 to choose from. Part time: 3 Days a week, NO CONTRACTS! Mid Time: 4 Days a week, NO CONTRACTS! Full Time: 5 or more days, NO CONTRACTS! Premium: Unlimited + 1 personal training session a month To get prices, email or call directly.
