Today is the first time a specific guideline to training has been launched. Over the next few weeks several training protocols towards training for the Ultimate Gym Athlete will be added to the spreadsheet. Today the launch of the Beginner Training Plan has been inputted. It serves only as a guideline and many other form of training are to be included. What this does if anything is give the need to record results in training phases towards Event Day (ED) Of all the recommendations I can give - the need to have a watch with a split timing stopwatch is the best piece of advice I would give in training for Gym X Training events.
