Today is the last day of Brain Injury Awareness month. Some who have experienced a traumatic head injury suffer physical and psychological effects every day....for some, the effects come sporadically or at random times. Joe suffered a traumatic head injury in a bicycle accident in 2000....13 years later he died as a result of a seizure connected back to that head injury. Please say a prayer today for all who have had a traumatic head injury and those who love them. Many thanks to my friend from years gone by whose family included Joes name in those for whom they walked in a charity walk for BIA.
