Today is truly a very sad day for the Miller family and the Johnson County Sheriffs Office. Aaron Miller died as a result of injuries received in a motor cycle crash. While this will certainly be very difficult for many to cope with, one cant help but to remember Aaron for the man that he was. First he was a loving father and devoted son. Second, he was a courageous, dedicated Deputy Sheriff who tirelessly carried out his duties. He was committed to serving his community, family, and freinds. His dedication to public service was his strongest professional asset. Above all, he was my friend. Truly loyal and unwavering in his support and freindship. A comedian at heart, a prankster by nature, and gentle giant by heart. I will truly miss his humor, dedication and companionship. To the Miller family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. May our loving God hold you in his loving embrace and comfort you during this difficult time. Know that the men and women of the Johnson County Sheriffs Office are in prayer for you. To the men and women of the Johnson County Sheriffs Office, take heart, and be of strong courage. We have rejoiced together and we have mourned together, and we will travel this road together. May God Bless and keep you, may he make his face shine upon you, may he lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
